This is how I received: Auction No. 6550814 on TradeMe

He has refused a refund or to replace the damaged folder and booklets, that was caused through his negligence, he has admitted bending the product and jamming it in a small courier bag.

The auction was for the CD and License, plus the folder and booklets that were in good order as shown in the auction, not mutilated as delivered to me.
I bought the product as auctioned and would expect it to be delivered in that condition, if it was bought in that condition
What is unreasonable with that?, I thought that was a reasonable ask, apparently not
with this trader.
Forget about his track record, he admits to bending it and putting it in the small bag, and he has the cheek to say (Quote) this guy is nuts (Unquote)
It was BENT all right, just like the seller.
I wonder, just who is nuts

As he seems to be an expert in the medical field, by giving me medical advice, I can only hope he is better at his day job.
All i can say to him is, thanks for the medical advice, and as you seem to be an expert :Physician heal thyself

I wonder if he has a law degree as well.
